We, Castogres are now a leading manufacturer, Exporter and Trader of Peanut Seed, Groundnut Oil, Castor De Oil Cake, Groundnut Oil Cake, Refined Castor Oil FSG, Refined Castor Oil Pale Pressed Grade, Ricinus Communis Oil, Castor Oil, etc. To Support Government Policy Augmentation & Growth of Indian Economy, today we have an Annual Turnover of Over $25 Million, Production Capacity of Castor Oil & Its Product Is 350 MT/Day. Infrastructure

The state of the art global level infrastructure facility provides with an unambiguous platform to produce bets in class products. In order to keep a strong check upon the quality of products being a world-class level examination centre is set up. The infrastructure along with us at Castogres is well equipped with an optimum of all Automatic solvent plant.Adopting modern technology has put us front forth in order to produce the 40,000 metric tons which could be expanded to 1,00,000 metric tons. At Castogres, we boast about the 48,000 sq. the meter of the complete areas is spread across the estate.

The utilization of modern and latest technology has empowered us to handle bulk requirements of the clients. The technical team at Castogres is well experienced to handle complete plant solely. The plant is so modified in order to take care of every environmental aspect.

At Castogres, we care for nature as well along with our clients. The discharge water from pant is treated in an in-campus installed treatment plant.

Effluent treatment plant:

This plant takes care of the smoke discharged from installing and plays a crucial role in protecting nature.

Oil storage tanks:

The holistic capacity of the tank to store produced oil is of about 1800 Metric Tons.

Automatic plant:

The automation that has been adopted by us is capable enough to handle 200 Metric Production per day.

Raw material storage:

At Castogres, we believe in storage raw material to our production as the necessity arises, so a vast 1,10,000 Sq. Ft area is dedicated to raw material storage.

Seed storage silos:

We have an overall capacity of 3000 Metric Tons of seed storage capacity.

Quality department:

We have a dedicated department for checking the overall quality of the product produced.

The new venture was initiated with the name of Castogres industries at Shapur of Morbi. The excellent service to our clients motivated us with an initiation of a new venture, proficient in the solvent extraction process with the name Shree Ram Export Industries at Dhoraji, Rajkot.
